The design is then developed through a fully coordinated BIM process - integrating services, client selections, and construction requirements ino a single, resolved model. This approach produces clear, accurate and carefully coordinated documentation we have full confidence in when costing, procuring and building
Construction
Throughout construction, we continue to work in close collaboration with the architectural team. On going design support is provided across all stages of the build. This includes resolving construction detailing, sequencing of works, and site logistics, supported by a live, continuously updated set of construction drawings. This approach significantly reduces coordination issues and on-site discrepancies - challenges commonly encountered on projects without this level of integration
