Who we are

A different kind
of builder

Our philosophy

"Quality homes are never the result of chance — they are shaped over time, guided by considered design, and delivered through the alignment of the right minds and the right people. When this occurs, the result is a home that endures — crafted to be lived in, enjoyed, and celebrated for years to come."

Fellowship Homes was founded on the belief that the best homes are realised through strong, genuine partnerships. By fostering a professional yet approachable working environment, we bring together architects, trades, consultants, and clients under a shared vision—to deliver thoughtfully designed homes, built with care and enduring quality

How we work

Our values in practice

The Right Fit Matters

We take a considered approach to every engagement, selecting projects and clients that align with our values. Not every project is the right fit—and we see that as a strength, not a limitation, allowing us to maintain focus, integrity, and the quality of our work

Defined by Quality, Not Volume

As a close-knit team, we prioritise exceptional quality over volume—bringing a high level of care, precision, and attention to detail to every project we undertake.

A Different Kind of Builder

The nominated building supervisor of Fellowship Homes is also a registered architect with the Architects Board of Western Australia, bringing over 24years of Perth-based experience across design and construction. This integrated foundation distinguishes Fellowship Homes from conventional builders—uniting architectural rigour with practical delivery to offer a depth of knowledge, proven track record, and construction insight that is rarely matched.

Aligned by a Shared Vision

The coming together of skilled professionals, united by a shared commitment to construction excellence. Fellowship Homes is built on strong, collaborative partnerships with our trades, suppliers, and consultants—aligning the right people to deliver considered, high-quality outcomes.

Integrated Design and Construction

Every home built by Fellowship Homes is delivered in close collaboration with X-Space Architects. This integrated approach ensures the architectural vision is upheld while being informed by practical buildability from the earliest stages—resulting in well-resolved, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Our services (Design and Construct) are best suited to projects with project budgets starting from $1.25M.

A well-defined budget and funding position from the outset enables a more considered and efficient design and construction process

  • More recently, our turn-key homes align with a construction cost benchmark starting from $4,400 per m², with final outcomes influenced by the client’s brief and project-specific requirements.

  • Clients are expected to have secured the land they intend to build on, with a Certificate of Title in place or proof of purchase provided, to enable us to proceed with further discussions.

  • All construction projects we undertake are designed and documented by X-Space Architects. The process commences with a Plans Preparation Agreement between Fellowship Homes and the client, initiating the design, documentation, selections, engineering, sub-consultant coordination, and approvals process.

Fees for this phase are typically calculated as a percentage of the estimated construction cost, subject to project scope and specific requirements. These fees are structured in stages and paid progressively under the Plans Preparation Agreement throughout the pre-construction phase, prior to entering into a building contract.

  • High-level 3D BIM design and documentation integrated across all project stages—providing clients with clear, accurate visualisation and a deeper understanding of the design as it evolves.

  • We provide price estimates at each key design stage, allowing the budget to guide the design as the project evolves. Once the design is finalised and the Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) is in place, the construction price is confirmed for contract and Building Permit purposes. The contract is then executed, allowing construction to commence.

If our approach resonates, we’d love to hear about your project
